Quick Note

Hi y’all! We’re done with high school! So, I have a quick moment of shameless self-promotion. I’m going to keep my blog going as part of my, hopefully, future writing career. Heaven knows I need the discipline and the experience. I would really appreciate it if all y’all would keep following it and read it from time to time. I am also very grateful for any criticism, thoughts, or requests you might have.

As of right now, I don’t think my blog is going to have an overall theme or identity. I realize not having a defining identity is probably exactly what you are not supposed to do for a blog, but I reject the status quo and substitute my own. I’ll likely post random musings, certain literary commentaries (I can’t call them literary¬†reviews; too much PTSD), some actual organized writings, and maybe some fictitious stories (although fiction has never been my strong suit). Also, I just realized that the metaphor “strong suit” refers to having a good hand in cards, just in case you didn’t know. Anyway, currently, my first planned series is Dear Younger Me, and it is somewhat in concordance with my Portfolio of Wisdom.

Also, more self-promotion. For future reference, I’m going to publish, again, hopefully, under the nom de plume Denali Rayne. So in like ten years when you guys are looking for a book to read and you see that name, that’s probably my book and you should buy it.

Thanks guys! Y’all have been wonderful and I loved AP Lit with you! I have learned so much from each one of you.

I wish you all the luck in the world. ~ Bofur
